Each player is permitted one lodi129 account only. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and collusion between accounts are prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts without refund.

You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: (a) before processing a withdrawal request; (b) when deposits cumulatively exceed specified thresholds; (c) when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
4.1 Deposits. lodi129 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may be updated from time to time. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.
4.2 Third-Party Deposits. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the name of the lodi129 account holder are strictly prohibited. If third-party deposits are detected, lodi129 reserves the right to void any associated winnings and return the deposit to the originating payment source, subject to identity verification.
4.3 Withdrawals. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("playthrough") before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise specified, only real money bets count toward wagering requirements; bets made with bonus funds do not count unless expressly stated.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your lodi129 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered Philippine payment account after identity verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply to those funds.
12.2 Termination by lodi129. lodi129 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if lodi129 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, lodi129 may retain funds in the account pending investigation.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to lodi129's customer support for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 Players who believe they have grounds for a formal complaint relating to game fairness or payment disputes may submit a written complaint to [email protected] (displayed as plain text). lodi129 will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
14.1 lodi129 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published at lodi129.net/terms-conditions and will take effect upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.
14.2 Where amendments are material, lodi129 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of lodi129 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using lodi129 and close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
